At Perfect Fit Background Checks, we aim to make it easier for businesses to find the right people at the right time and hire the perfect fit for their teams. We are a connected team of remote workers who believe in balancing work, personal and adventure time. 

 

We also believe in supporting every job applicant on their journey to find work- especially applicants with criminal records who often experience barriers when looking for meaningful employment. We give 5% of profits to organizations providing re-entry services and creating more opportunities for people with criminal records.
