Tenant Screening

We do not provide tenant screening services, which typically include rental history data such as evictions. We recommend a company that specializes in tenant screening.

FBI Fingerprint Checks

Our background checks are name-based only. Unless required by law, most employers prefer name-based checks, as they offer a broader spectrum of records.

Curiosity-Based Checks

We cannot run reports without the subject's written consent. This includes inquiries about family members, neighbors, dates, or clients.
